Overall Job Description                                                 

· Full understanding of client’s requirements and contractual agreements.

· Direct interface between Hankin and Project Client.

· Develop “Master Design Plan” (MDP) for the project according to ISO requirements.

· Coordinate all design disciplines.

· Secure resources in timely manner to conduct all design activities in controlled and scheduled progress.

· Prepare the technical and commercial proposal as per the Client’s RFP (request for proposal) or bid documents.

· Supervise all project personnel and provide quick answers to internally issued RFIs and design change requests.

· Issue purchase orders and change orders.

· Maintain Design Change Records and obtain all authorizations before releasing the work to design group and project engineers.

Primary Responsibilities:    

· Front end engineering and proposal preparation.

· Full and complete responsibility for the entire project success.

· Manage entire project to control budget, schedule and resources.

· Staffing and manpower adjustment to meet the budget and contractual obligations.

· Review and approve all “Controlled” documents according to ISO requirements and Hankin QM.

· Provide interface communication between Hankin and Client, and ensure that no other communication or correspondence is flowing without your approval.

· Approved Internal Design Change Requests (IDCR)

· Approval of project expenditures

· Provide internal and Client reports according to predefined schedule in MDP.

· Deliver all engineering submittal and equipment on-time to provide timely procurement, installation and start-up.

· Coordinate the shipping of equipment and prepare shipping documents.

· Supervise construction manager’s activities and resolve all client’s complaints.

· Coordinate compliance testing with governing authorities and obtain all necessary records for project turn-over to client.

· Close the project on-time, within the budget to customer’s satisfaction.

Education：

· BS/MS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 

· Fundamental and Comprehensive understanding of all engineering disciplines to be able to participate in decision making process (Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and process)

 

Experience:

· Professional Engineer (P.E.) Licensed in NJ preferred (but not required).

· Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager with Engineering experience related to Process Equipment Design or hazardous waste incineration system.

· Minimum 4 years experience in Project Coordinator capacity or Project Engineer as a primary job function.

· Minimum 3 years of engineering experience related to equipment specifications, inspections, approval, vendor data coordination, purchase order preparation and actual design of mechanical components.

· Some construction experience and job-site activities related to refineries, chemical plants, or other heavy industrial equipment installations.

· Providing Engineering Process Calculations and process equipment selection and sizing based on PFDs, P&IDs and specification to meet BOD.

· Must be familiar with industry standards, engineering specifications and drawing interpretation of all engineering disciplines.

· Leader, team player, instructor, motivator and model example of hard working achier “To get the things done, no matter what it takes”.

机械工程师

Overall Job Description                                                                               

· Perform engineering duties based on verbal instructions by Senior Systems Engineer.

· Interpretation and application of the contractual requirements related to Mechanical Engineering discipline, and following verbal and/or written Work Instructions issued for the position.

· Develop mechanical engineering design and specification for process equipment and mechanical components based on PFDs and P & IDs for the job.

· Coordinate all mechanical design with other engineering disciplines and CAD designers.

· Specify, select, procure and incorporate all mechanical-process equipment into systems design.

· Validate and approve design documents developed under your authority.

· Must be proficient with computer software, especially with MS Office applications.

· Require strong communication skills.

· Work independently with minimum supervision.

· Field installation and commissioning work.

· Some traveling (domestic and overseas) is required.

Primary Responsibilities   

· Prepare engineering specifications and calculations for all designed system components, equipment sizing per ASME B31.3, pressure drop calculations, pump head calculation, pneumatic and hydraulic calculations and service components selection with process controls.

· Detail development of process equipment requirements, nozzle schedule, nozzle loadings and limitations, and other mechanical components assigned to you by the Senior Systems Engineer.

· Sizing of pressure relief valves & documentation as required.

· Prepare utility consumption calculations and document the summary in the utility list.

· Provide design information data to CAD designers to ensure continuous workflow and information feed to the CAD group.

· Familiar with AutoCAD design and drafting.

· Work with engineering manager and project manager to develop final design from conception to fabrication and installation details.

· Control equipment design to be within the budget and project schedule.

· Control all design documents under your supervision to prevent any unauthorized design changes, revisions or modifications without the proper authorization and approvals. Strict compliance to ISO Quality requirements shall apply.

· Direct communication with vendors to develop Requests For Quotation (RFQ), Bid Evaluation and making technical recommendation to Senior Systems Engineer (or Project Manager) for purchase order.

· Perform the equipment QA/QC inspection.

· 有机械设计、部件选型经验，能够进行应力、载荷       、震动等计算。

· 熟悉行业标准、工程规范，理解各专业图纸。

· 有良好的工程理解和实践能力，积极进取，是高级系统工程师的“得力助手”

机械&耐火材料工程师

Overall Job Description:  

· Provide assitance to Construction Manager (CM) as   a Field Engineer/ Consultant in all phases of all 

Hankin Projects under Hankin's responsibility.

· In the capacity you will be independently   responsible to direct construction activities to comply with 

engineering documents and QA/QC procedures under   direction of the CM

· Candidate must have two to four years Field   Engineering & Practical/ Technical experience and general

knowledge in civil, mechanical/ piping,   electrical, instrumentation controls, refractory, metal fabrication -and general contract and construction activites.

· Must be willing and capable to travel   domestically and over-seas as required to meet construction

schedules which could last several weeks or   months at a time.   

· B.S. Engineering Degree is required in field of   Mechancial, Refractory Engineering

Chemical, Plant Design or equal.  Associates Degree will also be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Understand refractory engineering and familiar   with AutoCAD drafting.

· Supervise all daily construction activities and   report to Hankin VP of Construction/ Site Manager.

· Coordinate with all subcontractors i.e.   Mechanical Erection, Refractory, Piping, Instrumentation, 

Painting, and External Insulation for successful   completion of all subcontract work. 

· Prepare daily reports from the construction site,   and supervise subcontractors to ensure that all work

prerformed is in compliance with the design   documents.

· Keep daily records of "As-Built"   documents and record all deviations from the design documents.

Authorities:

· Recommendations to approve and reject workmanship   of subcontractor's work under his supervision.

· Disqualify and dismiss any subcontractor for   unsafe and hazardous work conduct.

· Not allowing any contractor or his workers on the   job site without proper training, permit, authorization,

· physical or mental condition that could adversely   affect any coworkers', safety or workmanship quality.
